Hi! I’m Karen — laser wrangler, hat burner, and the slightly over-caffeinated creator behind this shop.

Based in Australia, (yes, there are kangaroos in the yard and yes, they judge my hats), I combine modern tech with old-school charm to create custom engraved hats that are just a bit bold, a bit bushy, and 100% unique. Whether you’re rodeo-bound, farm fancy, or just want to look like the main character in your own dust-covered story — I’ve got you covered. Literally.

What started as a “just-for-fun” project quickly spiraled into a full-blown obsession with turning ordinary hats into wearable art. I use a mix of creative tools, AI assistance, and hands-on laser testing to turn original ideas into hat-ready designs. I then I put my laser to work burning each design with precision, style, and the occasional muttered threat.

Every piece you see here is designed by me, tested on more hats than I care to admit, and made to turn heads — whether you're on horseback, heading to a festival, or just want something that says “yep, I’ve got great taste.”

No cookie-cutter files, no mass production, no boring brims. Just original designs with attitude.

Thanks for stopping by! Have a browse, shoot me a message if you’re curious, and remember: life’s too short for plain hats.

Cheers,
Karen
